Terms and Conditions of Sale

Carefully read the following policies of the Wildlife Etc. Please note that your use of our website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these policies. This document should be read in conjunction with our Disclaimer and Legal Concerns page and other policies. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of our website and thereby bypass these policies, your use of any part of the Wildlife Etc. website still binds you to the policies. Wildlife Etc. reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Wildlife Etc. website following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the policies as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these policies whenever you use our website.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Individual financial institution policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Wildlife Etc.’s Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

Because Wildlife Etc. does business in Sugar Land, Texas-USA and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Wildlife Etc. Web sites also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from residents of the State of Texas.

If you have tax-exempt status, please contact us. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please note, Wildlife Etc. reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

Payments

All prices are in US dollars. All orders are payable upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made. Payment will be accepted by cash, Cashier's Check, MasterCard, Visa or company and personal check. Cashiers Check C.O.D. payments are accepted. Prepayment on company and personal checks may be required and there may be up to a (14) day delay in shipping for company and personal checks. Wildlife Etc. reserves the right to dictate all payment arrangements. There is a $30.00 charge for all checks that are returned for any reason.

You may pay for your orders from these Web sites with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®.

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either confirm availability (at which time you will be charged for your goods with any appropriate taxes and/or shipping charges).

Other Payment Terms

If not paying by credit card, Term of Payment is “Payment In Advance.” In the rare instance that credit is extended to a buyer a finance charge of 2% per month on balances over 31 days will be charged. Any additional collection or legal expenses will be added to the invoice amount. Wildlife Etc. reserves the right to dictate payment instructions.

Title of Goods

Wildlife Etc. reserves the security interest in the goods which are subject of a sale. Title of these goods does not pass from Wildlife Etc. to the buyer until payment has been received. Any payment by negotiable instrument does not result in the passage of title of the goods which is the subject of a sale until the buyer's financial institution has honored the negotiable instrument.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Wildlife Etc. usually ships items within (5) days of receiving an order.
All orders placed on the Wildlife Etc. Web sites are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Wildlife Etc.¡¯s shipping policies.

We ship partial orders. If you do not want a partial shipment, please let us know when you place your order. In the event that we are sold out of an item or are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 3 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation.
If any item(s) arrives damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact Wildlife Etc.

Sorry we do not ship to P.O Box or APO.
Alaska and Hawaii subject to standard shipping charges. Hawaii and Alaska cannot choose "UPS Ground Shipping," or "UPS 3 Day Select," so please select either "UPS 2nd Day Air," "UPS Next Day Air," or Alaskan and Hawaiian customers can also arrange for their own shipping.

International Shipping

All international orders must be exported from the United States in compliance with United States Law. This includes but is not limited to receipt of an executed Export/Import Clearance Form 3177 from the Untied States Fish and Wildlife Department, Division of Law Enforcement. Please contact us for details and instructions.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, AUCTION, OR ITEM(S) PURCHASED IN PERSON BY BUYER OR BY BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT. FOR ORDERS NOT MADE IN PERSON OR BY BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT, SPECIAL ORDERS OR AUCTION ITEM(S), REFUNDS (LESS S/H) WILL BE MADE AND RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 10-DAYS OF THE "SHIP DATE" OF THE ITEM(S). ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME MANNER, IN WHICH THEY WHERE ORIGINALLY SHIPPED, (BOX, PACKING MATERIAL, CARRIER, ETC.), WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CONTACT WILDLIFE ETC. FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY RETURN ITEM IS SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) WITHOUT CONTACTING WILDLIFE ETC. C.O.D. RETURNS AND RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF ANY ITEM(S) ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE NOTIFY THE DELIVERY CARRIER IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT WILDLIFE ETC.

ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING DISCOUNTS ARE CONTINGENT ON BUYER NOT RETURNING THE ITEMS. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING DISCOUNTS AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING SPECIAL OFFERS ARE VOID IF BUYER RETURNS PURCHASES. ANY REFUNDS ARE OF THE NET SALES PRICE ONLY, EXCLUDING ALL FREIGHT, PACKING AND INSURANCE. IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURN BUYER PAYS SHIPPING AND HANDLING BOTH WAYS.

ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT been processed. Processed orders are orders that have been accepted and payment has been received. Furthermore, Wildlife Etc. will NOT accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. All special orders are prepaid. We would have to charge your credit card when placing a special order, so there are no cancellations and returns with special orders.

Wildlife Etc. reserves the right to impose a 10% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled by buyer.

Product Warranties

All item(s) sold as is and no warranties, either expressed or implied, are made concerning these product(s). Please inspect all purchases carefully.

Wildlife Etc.’s warranty policy includes but is not limited to manufacturer’s use of our goods. No allowance made after goods are cut. Such claims shall be deemed waived by buyer. All goods are sold "AS IS" we are not liable for any defects in, or damage resulting from the use of these goods. It is the sole responsibility of the user to assure oneself by preliminary test that the product is suitable for the end use intended. Wildlife Etc. accepts no liability for the subsequent outcome of any manufacturing process.

Animal Skin Lining/Backing Service Warranties

Please note, these services are offered to the customer at the sole risk to the customer. There is a possibility that some of the procedures necessary in Lining/Backing a skin may damage said skin. Although we take great care in our work to preserve the integrity of a customer’s skin unforeseen conditions may exist that would dictate the actual the outcome of the work to be preformed. While our knowledge base may reduce the risk of damaging your skin; we cannot eliminate it, nor can we assume it. Whatever the case may be; the Customer by contracting Wildlife Etc. to perform these services agrees to hold Wildlife Etc. and any of Wildlife Etc.’s subcontractors free of liability.

Applicable Law

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Wildlife Etc. to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Wildlife Etc.'s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Texas law as such law applies to agreements between Texas residents entered into and to be performed within Texas. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of these Sites must be brought in the state or federal courts of Texas.
